A Therapeutic Model

Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at nurtureplaystructure.com (the “Website”) and through the Nurture Play Structure mobile app (the “App”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve tried to keep it plain and honest, because privacy is the whole point of how the App is built. By using the Website or the App, you agree to this Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them. A note on scope. This Policy covers the Website and the App only. It does not cover any professional counseling or clinical services provided by Trinitas Services, LLC or its clinicians. Information you share as a therapy client is handled separately under our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable healthcare privacy law, not under this Policy.
2. The Website (nurtureplaystructure.com)
2.1 Information you give us
-
Newsletter and updates sign-up. If you sign up to be notified about new content, we collect the email address you provide (and your name, if you include it) so we can send you those updates.
-
Contact form and emails. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive the information you send — such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message — so we can respond.
-
Assessments and quizzes. You can take the NPS Body Type assessment on the Website to see your results. If an assessment invites you to enter your email to receive your results and you choose to do so, we collect that email address for that purpose. We do not share assessment answers or results with any advertising platform, and we do not use them to target advertising to you.
-
Workshop and continuing education registration. If you register for a workshop or CE program, we collect the information the registration asks for, which may include your name, email address, professional license type, and license number. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full payment card number. You are never required to give us any of this information to browse the Website. You provide it only when you choose to.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Our Website is hosted on the Wix platform, which automatically records limited technical information when you visit — for example, your device and browser type, general location such as country or region, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. Wix uses this to serve the site, keep it secure, and give us aggregate traffic statistics. Wix and our Website also use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember your preferences, understand general site traffic, and — as described in Section 5 — measure our advertising.
For details on how our hosting provider handles this data, see Wix’s privacy policy at wix.com/about/privacy.
2.3 How we use Website information
We use the information above to send you the updates you asked for; respond to your messages; register you for programs you sign up for; provide and improve the Website and its content; understand in aggregate how the Website is used; measure whether our advertising is reaching people; and keep the Website secure and functioning.
3. Health-related information
Because this Website is about a therapeutic model, some of what you read or complete here could reveal something about your interests or wellbeing. We treat that seriously.
-
We do not use assessment results, quiz answers, journal content, or anything you tell us about your circumstances to target advertising to you, and we do not share them with advertising platforms.
-
The advertising tool described in Section 5 is not present on the Body Type Assessment or Reflection App pages, and does not receive the specific pages you visit.
-
Information you share with us as a therapy client is not covered by this Policy at all. It is protected health information under HIPAA and is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
4. How we share information
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:
-
Service providers who run our tools. For example, our website host (Wix), our email service, and our payment processor. They process information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide their services to us.
-
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising measurement. As described in Section 5, a Meta advertising tool on most pages of the Website sends Meta a record that a visit to our site occurred, together with cookie identifiers Meta uses to recognize a browser across visits. We do not send Meta your name, email address, phone number, assessment answers, or the contents of anything you write to us.
-
Links to other companies. When you follow a link to Amazon (to view or buy a book) or to any other third-party site, that company’s own privacy policy governs what it collects. We don’t control those sites.
-
Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Trinitas Services, LLC, our users, or others.
5. Advertising and how we measure it
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To understand whether those ads bring people to our site, we use the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Here is exactly what that means.
-
What it does. On most pages of the Website, the Meta Pixel sends Meta a record that a visit to nurtureplaystructure.com occurred. It also sets and reads cookies that let Meta recognize the same browser across visits, and it sends Meta a randomly generated identifier associated with your browser.
-
What it does not receive. It does not receive which individual page you are reading — only that you visited our site. It does not receive your name, email address, phone number, anything you type into a form, your assessment answers, or your results.
-
Where it is not used. We have deliberately kept the Meta Pixel off the NPS Body Type Assessment pages and the NPS Reflection App pages.
-
What Meta may do with it. Meta may use this information to report to us how our ads performed, and, under its own terms, to show you our ads or other advertising. Meta’s handling of this information is governed by Meta’s privacy policy, at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
-
How to stop it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; use a browser or extension that blocks advertising trackers; or adjust what Meta shows you through the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account. Our Website honors the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one.
We do not use any other advertising or analytics tracker on the Website, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
6. Your choices and rights
-
Unsubscribe from our updates at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us.
-
Access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve given us — email us and we’ll help.
-
Cookies and advertising — control them through your browser settings and through the options in Section 5.
-
The App — delete your on-device data by clearing the App’s data or deleting the App.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under laws such as the GDPR (Europe and the UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California), or state consumer health data laws. We honor these rights where they apply; contact us at nps@trinitasservices.com to exercise them, and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.
7. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we hold, and we rely on established providers (such as Wix) that maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but by keeping collection to a minimum, and keeping App data entirely on your device, we keep the risk low by design.
8. Children’s privacy
The Website and App are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date above and post the updated version here. Significant changes will be described on this page.

The short version
-
The App collects nothing. It works entirely on your device and offline. Your reflections, check-ins, quiz results, and settings never leave your phone or tablet, and we never see them.
-
The Website collects only what you choose to give us — for example, your email address if you sign up for updates or send us a message — plus standard, limited technical information that almost every website receives automatically.
-
The Website does use advertising technology. We run ads on Facebook and Instagram, and a Meta advertising tool on most pages of the Website tells Meta that a visit happened so we can measure whether those ads work. We have deliberately kept it off the Body Type Assessment and Reflection App pages, and it does not receive which individual pages you read. Section 5 explains this in full.
-
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
1. The Nurture Play Structure App
We designed the App to be private by default.
It does not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on any server.
-
No account, no login. You can use every feature without creating an account or giving us any personal details.
-
Everything stays on your device. Your journal entries, balance check-ins, NPS Body Type quiz results, and preferences are stored only on your device using its local storage. We have no access to them, and they are not backed up to us.
-
No analytics or tracking. The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software, and does not create an advertising profile of you. This is true of the App itself. It is separate from the Website, which is described in Section 2 and does use limited advertising technology.
-
No network requests to us. The App does not send data to any Nurture Play Structure or Trinitas Services server.
-
Nobody reads what you write. Your entries are not monitored, reviewed, or responded to by a clinician or by anyone at Trinitas Services. Writing something in the App is never a way to reach us or to request help. If you need support, please contact a clinician directly; in an emergency, call or text 988 or call 911.
-
Notifications. If you turn on the optional daily reminder, the App uses your device’s built-in notification system to show reminders. This is handled entirely on your device; enabling it does not send any information to us. You can turn reminders off at any time in the App or in your device settings.
-
Links that open outside the App. The App includes links you can choose to tap — for example, to the author’s books on Amazon or to our Website. When you tap one, it opens in your browser or the relevant app, and from that point the privacy policy of that third party (such as Amazon or Apple) applies.
Because the App keeps your information only on your device, the simplest way to delete everything it holds is to delete the App, or to clear its data in your device settings.
